This website is owned and operated by Jot-eR Multimedia, a Polish-based multimedia company, the owner of Panzer Flakes and all of its operational assets. The site owner shall have right to revise these Terms at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, or to impose new terms and conditions with respect to access to or use of the Panzer Flakes website, store, blog and all other online content, services and resources. You agree that you shall be deemed to be apprised of and bound by any modification by Jot-eR Multimedia to these Terms.

If you have registered an account at the Panzer Flakes Gamedesign Store or at any other place within this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, its personal information, shipping and billing addresses, billing information and password, and you agree to be responsible for all activities that occur within your account or the password set to protect it. You are not permitted to sell, give away or share your personal account. Corporate accounts (registered to a company name) can only be shared with other employees of the said company.

Any attempt to illegally reproduce, share, re-sell or otherwise distribute products from our store will subject you to criminal prosecution. Our products are protected by the copyright laws of Poland, United States, Great Britain and other countries who provide for severe criminal penalties including fines, imprisonment and injunctive relief.

Jot-eR Multimedia reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or ban users from the website in their sole discretion. Having said that, mistakes do happen. We do not warrant that these descriptions or any other content of this website is guaranteed to be complete, current, reliable or error-free. We will try to resolve all errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe that such an error has affected your purchase, please let us know. However, we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website - the customer relies on the information contained in or on the Panzer Flakes website at its own risk.

Jot-eR Multimedia reserves the right to alter any prices or specifications at any time without notice and all products are sold subject to prices ruling at the date of despatch. Customers will be notified if the price to be charged is different from the published price and will be given the option of cancelling their order without any penalty.

Panzer Flakes may provide some of its customers with discount codes and special offers. Please be aware that discount codes, coupon codes and gift certificates may not be used on previous orders and some of them may only be applied to sale-priced items (regular-priced items may be excluded). Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be shared, reselled or gave away to other users and may not be redeemed for cash.

Please keep in mind that all shipment and payment transfer costs (or any other location-based fees) are beared by the customer and are not included in the store price of our products.

If you are not satisfied with your Panzer Flakes purchase of a product, please contact our sales to let us know what's wrong. Unfortunately, due to the the nature of our business, which involves easy-copyable virtual products, we do not accept returns and do not give refunds.

Jot-eR Multimedia does not warrant that this website, its content or any products sold in our store will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects in this website's operations will be immidiatelly corrected. All content or information contained within this website, are provided on an as is basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind as to the operation of this website or the information, materials, content or products included within.
