By purchasing our products you instantly agree to the applicable License Agreement.

In order to buy and use any of the products sold in our Gamedesign Store, you must first agree to the applicable License Agreements, which are available below. You may not buy or use any of our items if you do not fully understand and accept the proper Agreements.

1. By clicking the Add item to cart and Proceed to Checkout buttons placed in the Panzer Flakes Gamedesign Store. Please note that a checked box is placed by the I accept the license text on all of our product pages, just below the Add item to cart and Read the licenses buttons.

2. By actually requesting, purchasing, paying for and using any of our products. In this case, you agree that use of the purchased product constitutes acceptance of the Licensing Agreement from that point onwards.

3. If you wish, you can send us an additional acceptance by printing out the applicable License Agreement, signing it, and sending it our address. This is not necessary, though, since buying and using any of our products means that you have already voluntarily agreed to the proper Licenses.

Please note that if you are agreeing to be bound by the proper License Agreements on behalf of your employer, company, organization or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind your employer, company, organization or such entity to the proper License Agreement, all of its statements, restrictions and policies. If you do not have the requisite authority, you may not accept the Licensing Agreement or use any of our products on behalf of the aforementioned employer or entity.
