Panzer Flakes Gamedesign Store is a nifty little place, where you can buy royalty-free multimedia packs and gamedesign tools for a really fair price. Here's a short rundown of all the steps you will need to follow to order your own copy of one of our exclusive gamedesign items:

If it's your first time at our Gamedesign Store, you'll have to create a new account, by clicking on the Register an account link in the upper-right corner of our Store's layout. During the registration, you'll have to supply us with your user information, such as your company's name (if you want to register a personal account, not a corporate one, just put your name into this field, or write "none"), your name, street address, country, and other information we need to fulfill your order. Don't be worried, we've got a user-friendly privacy policy, that protects your user data. If you're already registered, you'll have to log in to our store, by using your e-mail address and the password you've chosen during the registration process.

Once you've logged in, take some time to search for the products you might be interested in. You can either browse our categories, check out our showcased items, view newest items, view promoted items or use our search engine to look for specific product names or keywords (note that you can also use our Advanced Search page to narrow or broaden your findings). If you can't find the product you were searching for, contact us and we'll help you out. Once you have found an item of interest, be sure to read its description, check out the screenshots, audio/video samples, etc. - due to the nature of our business, there are no possibilities of a refund!

Some of our items are sold on an "as is" basis, but others offer a selection of specific usage licenses, from which you must select one before buying the item (by purchasing the selected item you state that you've read and agreed with the corresponding license). Different licenses have different pricetags, since they allow you to do different things with the product you're buying.

For example, most of our royalty-free music packs have a selection of three licenses to choose from: a single-product license, three-products license and an eternal, lifetime license. The first one is the cheapest, but enables you to use the music pack in no more than a single published product, be it a game, interactive catalogue, a movie or any other medium. The second one is a bit more expensive, but grants you the right to use the music pack in three different published projects. The third license (lifetime license) costs the most, but is also more flexible: you may use the purchased music pack in as many published products as you like, assuming that they are all created by the company/studio that bought the product in the first place.

Note that you can check them out later on, while you're shopping, there will be proper links and license texts in place when you make your purchases.

Once you've confirmed your order (via Checkout), we'll await payment. You can use one of our approved payment methods (like PayPal, Dotpay, etc.), or contact us via our office's e-mail address to work out an alternative method if none of these work for you. Please note that under no circumstances can we send you the requested content before receiving the due funds. Also, if you want your order to be shipped on a CD/DVD, via air mail, please contact us before you send your payment, as there are additional fees involved.

Once we've confirmed that your payment has cleared, we'll send you your download link (or the file itself, if it's a small enough package) via e-mail. If you decided that you'd rather have it on a CD/DVD sent by air mail, you'll have to wait a bit longer: it takes us from 3 to 7 days to send out postal shipments, and - depending on where you live - it can even take weeks for the package to arrive at your shipping address. In other words: don't choose the air mail option if you're not of the patient kind! We prefer using download links, as it is a faster and more reliable method of delivery.

Each license agreement tells you exactly what you can and what you can't do with the purchased product (and don't go all John Locke on us now, we're talking about the law and intellectual property here). Some of the restrictions are common for all the licenses (i.e. you must put the author's name in your project's credits), some are license-specific (i.e. the number of projects in which the aforementioned product can be used). Always be sure to familiarize yourself with the proper license and to abide by its restrictions.
