General inquiries about Panzer Flakes
I'm not a game designer, I don't create games. Can I buy your stuff?
Of course you can. Even though we are a Gamedesign company, we sell our products to all customers interested in the field of creative multimedia and interactive entertainment. Whatever you need our products for, if you abide by our terms & conditions, and respect our licenses, you can use our multimedia products for whatever you would like.
Can I join your gamedev team or sell my own products in your studio?
Sure you can. We're always looking out for imaginative individuals with experience in either gamedesign or creative arts (or, preferably, both) and we'd be more than happy to take a look at what you've got to offer. Check out our recruitment center and drop us a mail if you're interested in joining our nerdy team of awesome awesomists.
I want a discount code! How can I get a fat discount on your products?
Well, we're practically giving them away every now and then. Your best bet is to both join our Facebook fanpage and follow us on Twitter , since we tend to drop unannounced discount codes on our followers. Another great way is to write something exciting for our Panzerblog, something truly unique, that will get a decent amount of page views - there's a chance you'll get a nice discount, or at least a cool PanzerFlakes t-shirt. The easiest and most reliable way, though, is to support us by remaining one of our returning customers.
Questions about our Gamedesign Store
Your motto is "All your game needs, all your game wants", but there's actually not that much merchandise in your store, is there?
Now hold your horses, partner! We've just started. Panzer Flakes was declared operational on 23rd of March, 2010, and in corporate years that means we haven't even been born yet. Many of our services and features are still unavailable (including some neat surprises), but our team is working on them even as we speak. We're steadily expanding our offer, adding new products almost every day, little by little, and we know that if you take a look at our wares a couple of months from now, you'll be impressed. Having said that, if you need some specific content right now, let us know, our Gamedesign Studio is eager to hear all of your requests.
How do I search for music? Where can I find your sound packs?
Once you've opened our store , take a look at the category box on the left side of the screen. You can browse our wares by using these categories, or just use the advanced search (located slightly above the categories) to search for specific items and keywords.
I can't find what I'm looking for. Could you help?
Sure we can. Just drop us an e-mail, let us know what you're searching for, and one of our consultants will contact you ASAP, providing all the information you've requested. Never hesitate to ask us about anything.
Questions about our Studio and custom-built content
What's the difference between your Studio and your Store?
Our Gamedesign Store sells awesome royalty-free multimedia packs for low prices on a non-exclusive basis, which basically means that we manage to keep the prices so low because we sell the same pack to multiple customers. Our Gamedesign Studio, for that matter, operates in a slightly different way. Each project submitted by one our customers starts off with a quote, which the buyer must either accept or decline. Once it is accepted, our gamedesign team starts working on the project, creating high-quality unique content accordingly to the specification supplied by the customer. The resulting content won't be reselled to a mass audience, as it was already paid for by the customer who ordered it.
What do you charge for your graphic design services?
Prices depend on many variables, but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for high-quality, uncompromised work.
We're proud of our affordable prices, and we do our best to keep them as low as possible.
Questions about payments, invoices and billing
What types of payments do you accept?
For U.S. and international orders we accept payments via PayPal (preferred) or any other services (including credit card transfers) provided by our money transfer partner, Dotpay S.A. Polish-based clients may also choose a standard bank-to-bank money transfer if they have a Polish bank account. Moneygram and Western Union orders are both acceptable if the customer agrees to pay all the transfer fees, custom fees and taxes.
I've just placed an order, but I don't know what next. Can you help me?
Sure, just drop us an e-mail either via our contact form, or at our office's e-mail (that's office@panzerflakes.com or you can just write to contact@panzerflakes.com as well), and we'll help you out. The easiest way would be for you to register a free account at PayPal (if you haven't got one already), and then receive a money request from our invoicing office.
